FAQ’s About the FASTCASH™ Card.

What is the FASTCASH™ Card?

The FASTCASH™ card is a prepaid Mastercard® card issued by Patriot Bank, N.A.  While the FASTCASH™ card is not issued to you specifically, you are an authorized user of the FASTCASH™ card associated with your FASTCASH™ account.  The FastCash™ account and FASTCASH™ card allow you to earn and redeem rewards when shopping with participating retailers.  The FASTCASH™ account is operated by JUSTDATA.COM LLC.

How does the FASTCASH™ Card work?

You earn rewards by shopping at participating retailers, with such rewards being added to your FASTCASH™ account.  You can use the FASTCASH™ card to spend earned rewards at participating retailers.  Earned rewards can be spent starting thirty (30) days after the transaction that earned the rewards – until then, the rewards are pending and are not eligible to be spent.  For details and restrictions, please review the Terms & Conditions, which can be found on the NEX App used to create your FASTCASH™ account.

How can I get the FASTCASH™ Card?

You can sign up for a FASTCASH™ account using the NEX App (https://getnexapp.com/), which will provide access to the FASTCASH™.

Do I have a personal spending limit?

The amount that you can spend using the FASTCASH™ card is determined by a variety of factors, including how much FASTCASH™ you have earned by making qualifying purchases, restrictions on the time in which you may spend earned FASTCASH™, restrictions resulting from promotions, and the like.  For more details, please review the terms of service, which can be found on the NEX App used to create your FASTCASH™ account.

Are there any fees or costs associated with using a FASTCASH™ Card?

Yes.  While there are no costs specifically to using the FASTCASH™ card, your FASTCASH™ account does have associated fees.  Some fees include an annual $33.50 subscription fee and inactivity fees of $5/month after 12 months of inactivity.  “Inactivity” means that you have not earned any rewards or transacted with the card. Is JUSTDATA®, the NEX APP, or FASTCASH™ a Bank?

No.  JUSTDATA®, the NEX APP, and FASTCASH™ are not a bank.  We work with Patriot Bank, N.A., to offer you the FASTCASH™ card.

Where can I use my FASTCASH™ Card?

You can use your FASTCASH™ Card only at specific locations and only with specific merchants participating in the NEX App ecosystem.  For a list of such merchants, please consult the NEX App.  The FASTCASH™ card can also only be used where Mastercard is accepted.  For more details, please review the Terms &. Why do I have to provide my personal information?

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who signs up for a FASTCASH™ Card.

What this means for you: When you sign up for a card, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.
